Sales manager role is to establish and grow a successful Partner Channel.

What you will do:

  • Establish, grow and manage long term relationships with Promise Partners
  • Generate leads and do active market research
  • Provide close support towards Partner success
  • Facilitate Partner onboarding, demonstration of the platform and post agreement relationship maintaining
  • Align to the company’s objectives, strategies and plans

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to network, build and maintain professional relationships
  • Good understanding of partner’s needs, focus on long-term trust building
  • Dynamic, energetic, flexible thinker
  • Fluent English

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of IT Solutions
  • Fluent Estonian or Latvian or Lithuanian
  • Knowledge in ​​selling Microsoft services and products
  • IT technical background
