Cloud Engineer

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Fluency in Ukrainian
• Good knowledge of MS Azure services
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions and infrastructure
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and management tools (Terraform, ARM, Ansible, etc.)
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g. MS SQL) and administration issues (installation, backup, HA, replication)
• Knowledge of tools for monitoring cloud services and deployments (e.g. Azure Monitor)
• Knowledge of log management systems; Azure Monitor Logs, ElasticSearch
• Ability to configure highly available and secure environments
• Experience in the field of sales support
• Ability / experience to conduct technical presentations, external conferences, business events, trainings, webinars and workshops.
• Self-driven and proactive approach
• Knowledge of the English language at B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other leading cloud computing providers
• Experience in migrating from on-premises environments to the public cloud
• Knowledge of cloud security issues
• Knowledge of authorization and authentication systems: AWS SSO, Active Directory, Azure AD
• Knowledge of cryptography, PKI

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for sales team on Microsoft solutions (Azure)
• Participation in meetings and presentations for Partners
• Creating solutions for Partners based on available Microsoft platforms (Azure)
• Technical support for sales team on Microsoft solutions (Azure)
• Participation in meetings and presentations for Partners

• Configure, maintain and operationalise the cloud infrastructure
• Monitor cloud management and cloud infrastructure components
• Identify and implement system improvement opportunities
• Keeping and improving the level of customer satisfaction (including on-call)
• Participating in the development of standards and best practices
